Redistricting data from the U.S. Census Bureau shows how Maine’s total population changed by town in 2020.

Southern Maine communities grew the most during the decade, but there were gains in many small rural communities as well.

Maine’s population, as a whole, grew by 2.6 percent, to 1,340,320.
